Andrew has been CIHT’s Climate Change Associate since February 2021. He acts as a focal point for all the Institution’s work on transport decarbonisation. Between 2000 and 2017 he held various senior roles at the Institution of Civil Engineers, including four years as Director of External Affairs & Strategy.
