Tony Clayton

Tony is a transport planner and programme professional, with over 20 years’ experience of delivering projects that are good for people and the planet. Tony’s sustainable transport and behaviour change portfolio spans the public, third and private sectors, ranging from strategy development through to construction.

In 2014, Tony organised Cambridgeshire’s first event electric vehicle event, showcasing the latest EVs to Cambridge businesses. Having joined Transport for Wales in 2020, Tony was initially responsible for installing public EV charging infrastructure and now leads TfW’s EV Infrastructure Hub, supporting Welsh Government. in achieving its EV charging infrastructure and wider Net Zero ambitions.
