Louis Worthington

Louis leads the Committee's work on decarbonisation and climate adaptation across infrastructure sectors, including transport, industry, water and waste. Louis has worked at the CCC since 2020 across a number of roles, prior to which he worked in government on nuclear power and international climate change. He also has a background in transport planning and a degree in civil engineering.
