Justin Ward (MCIHT, MA (Hons), DipFM) is the Head of Policy & Technical Practice at CIHT. CIHT is a charity, learned society and membership body with members who are mainly engineers and transport planners operating in the UK and internationally. CIHT is keen on leading the sector to improve the way transport infrastructure - including roads - is planned, funded, designed, built, managed and operated to meet societal needs and environmental imperatives and support a strong economy. The Policy & Technical Team develops policy reports, CIHT Learn Courses, webinars, podcasts, and technical papers.
