Dr Mansi Desai is a chartered sustainability leader, with over 20 years of experience in creating low-carbon, climate-resilient options, and sustainable strategies, focusing on futureproofing and finding practical sustainable solutions on a local, regional and international scale. Mansi is an expert in delivering sustainability solutions across extensive sectors, including major infrastructure, transportation, housing, water, and international development projects, serving a broad range of clients. 

Mansi is a UK delegate to PIARC World Road Association (2024-2027) and member of the technical committee 4.5: Decarbonisation of Highway Construction and Maintenance, where is leads the Working Group on Development of Carbon Tools for Highway construction, operation and maintenance.
