Ian is a highly accomplished Senior Officer with 34 years in Local Government service. He Leads innovation and progression in terms of the Authorities approach to highway maintenance, asset management and its engagement with suppliers and external stakeholders, is a keen advocate of innovation and new ideas, in particular fostering a collaborative approach across the Highway Community.
He has an active and full role in LCRIG and is Chair of the Infrastructure Innovation Board, hugely supportive of the work and the ethos, as part of the team he actively seeks out new ideas and innovation, welcomes challenge and is passionate about supporting the Highways Community and promoting new thinking and or a new approach to existing and future challenges.
