
Darren Freezor
Head of Motor Insurance, Safer Vehicles and Speed Department for TransportDarren Freezor is a history graduate, law graduate and an MBA. He leads a team in the Department for Transport covering a number of policy areas for the Government, including speed policy. He has been in this role since March 2020.
Prior to this he has over 10 years’ experience in Government, having held a variety of roles. These have included working in the Government Whips Office from 2009 - 2012, the Department for Energy and Climate Change on international climate change from 2011 - 2014, and the Department for Transport in the Dangerous Goods Division from 2014 - 2019.
