Andy is the Transport Manager at London Councils where he has worked for 15 years. Working for the Transport and Mobility Services department, he currently has responsibility in a number of areas including parking and traffic policy and operations, the London Lorry Control Scheme and the London European Partnership for Transport. Andy has worked in the parking and transport sector in London for 27 years, previously working for Westminster City Council. He also sits on the BPA Council of Representatives working on behalf of local authorities across the UK.
