Andrew Kidd

Project Manager – Lower Thames Crossing National Highways

A key aspect of Andrew’s role at the Lower Thames Crossing Programme is responding to the evolving political and policy context for the scheme. Nowhere is this more apparent than in need to decarbonise construction and support transition to a Net Zero economy. He is leading the radical change in approach needed to make the scheme a low carbon pathfinder for the sector.

Andrew has a more than 20 years’ experience in infrastructure, much of that leading the development and delivery of transport mega-projects and programmes in the UK. He has held a variety of roles within both client and advisory organisations.
