Traffex Seeing is believing provides platform to help drive technological change

Discovering how current and emerging technology can help drive change on the road network will be one of the main conference themes at this year’s Traffex Seeing is believing, taking place at Bruntingthorpe, June 27th & 28th.

A number of sessions over the two days of the event will feature technical presentations, case studies and debate and discussion, all aimed at helping you stay ahead, whatever your role in the field of highways, traffic and transport.

The aim of the conference at Traffex SIB, which is CPD accredited by the IHE, is to increase your insight and knowledge across a number of important areas as well as help lay the foundation for more efficient and effective working on the network.

The subject of collaboration will also be on the agenda, giving you a better understanding of how the industry’s main stakeholders-local authorities, Highways England, consultants and contractors and the key membership associations work together to deliver more innovative solutions and strategies. This will be backed up with information on the latest product developments, many of which will be on display in the exhibition and outdoor demonstration areas at the show.

Conference sessions confirmed so far include:

*Driving innovation and technological solutions to today’s challenges on the road network

*Why technology is important to help developing local roads

*The future of benchmarking and managing performance in the highways sector

*The latest developments in technology and innovation in the road marking sector

*How current and emerging technological solutions are being used to manage challenges on the road network and how this might be used to tackle the issue of maximising existing and future road space
