Traffic Group Signals launches at Traffex 2019: 2-4 April, NEC Birmingham

Traffic Group Signals, a new division of The Traffic Group, will launch at Traffex 2019 on 2-4 April at the NEC Birmingham. The Traffic Group has a portfolio of market-leading businesses focused on product solutions designed to help create safer, greener and more efficient traffic and transport environments.

The new Traffic Group Signals division brings together the group companies that deliver one of TTG’s core offerings: a comprehensive range of portable and temporary signals suitable for applications ranging from simple two-way deployment through to complex, UTC-integrated temporary junction schemes.

The brands that will sit under the new Traffic Group Signals banner are Hollco, Pike Signals, Arkon (incorporating FleetAssist) and Safelite.

On the decision behind the creation of the new division, Pete Hutchinson, managing director of The Traffic Group, said: “There will undoubtedly be synergies and benefits for our customers, including the pooling of our expertise under one roof and better transparency of available solutions to meet customers’ needs. Business continuity is assured – our products remain the same, and customers can still call their existing contacts on the numbers they have always used. For new customers, a call to our central switchboard on 0800 999 2017 will get them to the Traffic Group Signals service they need.

Traffic Group Signals can be found at stand E040 at Traffex, where it will be showcasing the following products:

For Hollco and Pike Signals customers, FleetAssist from Arkon provides a service that allows them to Supplement existing fleets with additional signals so they can better manage short term increases in requirements. Arkon also provides a signal repair and service offering ensuring a consistently high standard of functional and compliant equipment is available at all times.

The creation of Traffic Group Signals brings together all the companies within The Traffic Group that are dedicated to delivering portable and temporary traffic solutions that meet customers’ needs. The resulting synergies will see customers benefiting from even better products, solutions and support, as well as the collaborative expertise that leads to enhanced innovation.
