Tony Nicholls

Director, Atkins

Tony Nicholls is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with over 30 years’ experience in the design, construction and maintenance of both bridge and highways projects.

His recent experience has been focused on asset management and maintenance on the Strategic Road Network having worked on the M25 DBFO before undertaking his current role as General Manager for the Design Services Contract within National Highways East Region.

Over the last three years this project has required innovative approaches and development of digital techniques for the efficient delivery of a high volume of maintenance schemes.
