Liz has 25 years’ experience delivering projects and programmes, spanning major transport infrastructure, digital, and transformation. Liz has worked on some of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes and shaped and developed investment propositions for many others.

In National Highways Liz leads a portfolio of delivery activity to benefit NH’s customers, including delivery of a new tolling service at the Dartford Crossing, NH’s response to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (eg major rail and aviation schemes), and leading preparations for rapid vehicle charging (for EVs) on the Strategic Road Network
