Darren Crocker

Darren Crocker is the Procurement Programme Director for National Highway’s Complex Infrastructure Programme and is responsible for the design and delivery of procurements for the most challenging schemes in the portfolio.  

Within this role, Darren directly led the procurement of the A303 Stonehenge tunnel, a scheme that presented notable challenges in both design complexity and its unique delivery environment. 

He is presently leading on the development of National Highways Integrated Delivery Framework (IDF), which will be the primary delivery framework for larger enhancement and renewals schemes in future Roads Periods.
