StarGO is an end-to-end software solution for managing highway licenses and permits. The cloud-based system, which interfaces with Street Manager, enables local government to digitise the application, approval, issuing and enforcement of any permit or licence, e.g. skips, scaffolding, TTROs and Section 50s. The StarGo solution consists of a smartphone-enabled portal where applicants can apply for and renew licences, a comprehensive back-office to manage the application process and a smartphone enforcement app for Highways Inspectors to check the validity of licences in the field and issue an FPN (Fixed Penalty Notice) where necessary. All services can be accessed by the public online using any internet-enabled device.
DOME (Dynamic Offence Management & Enforcement)
The Dynamic Offence Management and Enforcement (DOME) back office software from StarTraq is a fully cloud-based ticket processing solution that enables the police and local authorities to process multiple offence types generated by enforcement cameras, paper tickets or handheld electronic devices. Documents are stored digitally, and the system can track and report on the progress of a ticket from initial capture through to payments, point allocation, driver education and court if necessary. The DOME can be delivered online which means limited internal IT resources are required for deployment. Predominantly the DOME is used for speed enforcement but as a cloud based enforcement software solution it can be adapted to process any offence type e.g. red light running, bus lane infringements, distracted driving and illegal mobile phone use etc. In the traffic enforcement arena, DOME can be used to provide a single back office solution for the processing of all road traffic violations.
Our Online Evidence Review Portal solution features the ability to nominate another driver online in a matter of moments. This cuts out the lengthy postal nominations process that motorists use in many jurisdictions worldwide. Drivers can also nominate a company if the vehicle is owned by a hire company or business. To speed up the nomination process further ‘quick address’ is available to populate the address field by entering a postal code. StarPortal allows members of the public to submit an admission online, if legislation allows it. They can submit an admission using an online ‘step by step’ form. As part of the online admission process, StarPortal can validate an offenders driving licence details if required. Our solution allows offenders to view evidence associated with their offence. This includes images, videos and documentation such as camera calibration certificates. StarPortal provides an easy and cost effective way for the public to comply with the enforcement authority’s processes. It also enables the police force to achieve and exceed their service delivery targets.
Traqer is a Mobile Enforcement and E-ticketing Application that allows enforcement officers to use the latest mobile handheld technology to capture, upload and print a ticket for any violation from any location. Built using the latest web-app technology, Traqer is the smart choice for e-ticketing. Traqer enables the capture of any violations using a wide range of handheld e-ticketing devices on multiple operating platforms such as: iOS and Android. Capture and upload additional evidence using a device’s multimedia functionality e.g. camera and microphone.
