Traffex Parkex 2021 is going all digital. Here's a quick Q&A about what that means for exhibitors...
What will the digital Traffex be like?
Traffex Digital will have many of the benefits of an in-person trade event, just with everything shifted online.
The Traffex team have been working with a specialist virtual event platform provider for the last six months to ensure that the digital show will be a professionally produced, high-specification experience that exhibitors and visitors can truly benefit from. Following on from the successful Highways Awards that ran virtually in January 2020, the team have the experience and know-how to deliver a great online event.
So will there be stands?
Exhibitors will be able to build virtual stands complete with products and staffing, and interact with online visitors, just like they would in a bricks and mortar venue. The platform allows exhibitors to chat to visitors in real time, share information, resources, video, brochures... The only thing missing will be the face to face interaction in person!
What about visitors?
Just like normal, we expect thousands of traffic and transport visitors to attend. Aside from the exhibitors' latest products and services to explore, a full programme of live content will be streamed across the platform... potentially to an even larger audience than Traffex enjoys at the NEC!
What sort of content will it have?
Conference sessions, debate, thought-leadership, interviews, new product demos, future planning - we're currently finalising a list of influential and engaging speakers to inspire and educate.
So what next?
For existing exhibitors, our sales team will be in touch in March to demo the new platform.
For new exhibitors, please contact Richard Galye to book a demo appointment and see how you can get involved.
