Rini Donker

Rini Donker studied civil engineering and has been working at Rijkswaterstaat since 1990. He started working in operations in a district in the southwest of the Netherlands and held several positions in the civil engineering field there. However, winter maintenance has always been a recurring theme throughout his career.

In 2009, Rini became a senior advisor on a national level for winter maintenance. In 2012, the position became part-operational again as he took on the role of national coordinator and became responsible for the winter maintenance of the whole national Highways network.
